Too much grey mixed in compared to what's shown in their ads. Romand always does a bad job showing colors accurately - the lip balm doesn't apply as transparent or shiny as the image. You can achieve the glossy look by putting on several coats but then it loses whatever translucency it kind of had and looks greyish at that point... the balm is very effective though, so i use it before makeup to bloat my dead lip skins to clean it off after.
