Hello, I made two purchases with you, one with EMS 10+ days ago and the other one with DHL like a week ago and I haven't had a response from you guys saying it was shipped out or anything. I'm extremely disappointed since I heard good things about beautyboxkorea and I never thought I would be one of the 'bad cases' since I specifically asked for the items to be shipped out as soon as possible. Anyways I would really appreciate if you do something because I emailed you but still haven't gotten a response. Thank you.
