I bought this toner as I wanted a hydrating toner to use as the 7 skin method. The consistency is sort of thick, but it is great to layer. The price is also relatively cheap, and i really like the packaging. I've tried out Klairs products before and I really liked them. I will definitely repurchase this when it runs out.
