If your payment is reject by Eximbay with the Error code [TS01] or [TS21] :

There is a possibility that the BIN of the customer card was a 3DS support card, but after that, the 3DS* support for the BIN was terminated due to some circumstances of the issuer.

As the termination of 3DS for the relevant BIN is a part that can be accurately confirmed by the issuer, please contact card company(issuer) why the authentication service was not supported.

3DS* : 3DS service refers to a system in which the customer must complete the identity verification process at the time of payment.

If your payment is reject with different error code, please send an email (beautyboxkorea@gmail.com) with the screenshot.

Then we will find out what is the problem and try to solve it!
