Automatically cancel the unavailable items when there is no response by e-mail.
Our customers are always our number-one priority and we are trying to find and send the items that the customers want. However, some items are not available at that time for some reason (such as discontinued or out of the stock situation).
At this happens, we send the notification to the customer by e-mail to solve the issue by customers' decisions.
However, sometimes the communication is not working properly by email. We send several notification emails. however in other hands, we can not make customers waiting for a long time as well.
So, if there is no response by email from the customer, we will ship the order without unavailable items after 2 months once the order has placed.
In this case, we will issue a refund on the unavailable item via the original payment method.
