Hi, I have received my parcel (order number [20190119-0000068]) quite some time ago but the order status on the website has yet to be updated and is still written as 'shipped out' and not 'received'. I believe due to this reason, my reward points (total:＄1.17) are still on pending and is still not available for me to use. I am attaching a picture below to prove that I have received my parcel, hoping to be able to use my reward points as soon as possible. Thank you
