I use this balm to remove my makeup.

I scoop a part of it with the spatula provided in the packaging, and just massage my face for a good minute until i see the makeup completely melting off.

I then use water to rinse off my face which appears makeup free. I finish off with my normal face cleanser for removing any potential residue and in order to feel completely fresh.

I also use this balm on no makeup days when i feel i want a face massage as its texture on the face makes it easy to move around my fingers on my face. I then repeat the same ritual (rinse with water then face wash).

Overall a great product that i have been using for a few years now, and i hope it will always be available.
