Thank you so much for your patience. 
Below is what we received from the shipper, which we'll share verbatim. 

"We have been informed by our local partner that all shipments have been released, cleared customs, and delivered to the local warehouse, with some shipments going directly to the USPS warehouse upon arrival. During our test shipment with this local partner, we did not experience any issues outside of peak season. However, after noticing recent delays with this shipment, we followed up with the local team and received a response that there were severe delays in scanning and releasing the shipment due to local warehouse fulfillment issues. (* This local warehouse fulfillment issue is due to Alibaba and TEMU fulfillment, not peak season, and furthermore, some shipments may have been delivered to the local USPS warehouse, but the tracking may not be updated due to current PB and USPS system issues). We have since received an update from our local partner, who has requested further investigation into the issue, including the exact nature of the issue and the location of the shipment, and will continue to share updates as they become available." 

We are urging our carrier to fast track your package and upgrade to a faster shipping method other than USPS to get it to you quickly. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the long wait. We will not be using this shipping option from this shipping partner in the future unless there are unavoidable circumstances. 
We sincerely apologize again and truly appreciate your patience. Thank you.
