Hello. I wrote to the customer service email two times about the condition of my order. Now i can't even write there. I want an answer as soon as possible. The question is: WHEN will my order be ready and HOW LONG will it take to reach me. And i want some sort of connection between the customer and the store, i think it's pretty normal.
I paid a lot of money so c'mon. If you won't do anything about my order, then i expect my money back. I only saw asian and some western banks in the "cancelation" column, but i can't use any of them.
So CONTACT ME to discuss the way to either ship the products to me or to give my money back to me.
